The Theatre
Went to see Victoria’s Blue Bridge Rep Theatre‘s charming production of Noel Coward’s wacky Blithe Spirit. We laughed and laughed, and were delighted at the ghostly illusions devised by the clever set and lighting designers.
Subscription tix are still available for all 3 of the Blue Bridge productions, including Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, starring Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner, Meg Tilly.
There’s an abundance of summer theatre in the Victoria BC area this year … including outdoor shows at Camosun College’s gorgeous campus. (We have lawn chairs for you.)
This summer on Camosun’s lawns there are Shakespeare’s Hamlet and Comedy of Errors, produced by the Victoria Shakespeare Society.
And the Chemainus Theatre Festival‘s production of Fiddler on the Roof
runs from June 17th to September 3, 2011.
